WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. presents the Gas-Fired Ladle Heater, a vertical drying system specifically designed for the foundry industry, suitable for heating 2–3 ton ladles. The equipment integrates an automatic ignition system, cylinder-driven lifting and rotation mechanisms, flame failure alarm with automatic gas shut-off, low gas pressure alarm, and gas leak detection with automatic shut-off, ensuring safe and reliable operation. A touchscreen display provides real-time monitoring of temperature settings, feedback values, and heating curves for intuitive operation.

 

The ladle heating system consists of a burner, vertical drying cover, high-pressure blower, gas and air delivery systems, temperature control system, safety protection system, and electrical instrumentation. The drying cover is filled with aluminum silicate fiber wool to minimize heat loss. The burner adopts a high-efficiency rotary laminar flow external mixing design. Gas and combustion air are directed in opposite directions through separate chambers, undergoing multi-stage semi-premixing before combustion, producing a flame length of over 1.2 meters with high combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency exceeding 62%.

Combustion air is supplied by a high-pressure blower, with flow precisely regulated by an electric control valve. The gas supply system includes shut-off valves, ball valves, electric modulating valves, and various monitoring instruments to ensure stable and controllable gas delivery. Temperature is monitored throughout the process using a K-type thermocouple, with precise temperature curve control achieved through a PLC and temperature controller.
